If you have questions, suggestions or concerns, we want to know them! The speed and quality of our responses will be helped if you go to the right person.

If you need support with non-school related issues, please still come to us. We employ a fantastic Child and Family Support Worker, Sabrina Thomas, who is here to help you. To contact her, please call or email the school, or ask at our office.

For general school admin issues, including admissions, uniform and payments, please go to the school office.

For attendance and punctuality related issues, including illness, appointments and holidays, please speak to our Welfare Officer, Sabrina McWilliams. You can call the school to speak to her or ask at the school office.

For issues to do with your child's learning, behaviour or friendships, start with your child's teacher. Our teachers are almost always available at the end of the day, in our playgrounds and all welcome a chat with parents. If you want more time or privacy, please make an appointment with your child's teacher. This can be done by speaking to the school office, calling the school on 020 7272 6556 or emailing us at admin@montem.islington.sch.uk. 

If you want to talk to us about behaviour, we may refer you to our Behaviour Lead, Mandy Holdaway. If the issue involves safeguarding or special educational needs, we may refer you to our Head of Inclusion, Ben Pritchard.

If you have an issue that requires senior staff involvement, the step after your child's teacher is to speak to their Phase Leader:

The school's Senior Leadership Team is comprised of our Head of Teaching and Learning, Ian Morgan, our Head of Inclusion, Ben Pritchard, our Head of Admin and Finance, Marilyn Richards, the Head of School, Tom O'Donnell and the Executive Headteacher, Damien Parrott.
