Constructive feedback is one of the most effective tools for enabling learning. In our schools we do not engage in laborious book marking. Instead we analyse pupils’ learning on a daily basis and feedback to them in timely, specific ways, helping children build on their strengths and close gaps in knowledge and understanding.
