This policy sets out the circumstances in which we do and do not charge parents for school activities. 

Montem is a fully inclusive school and our intention is to ensure that every child is able to participate in every aspect of school life. No child will be excluded from school activities for financial reasons. School activities will be charged at a reduced rate to anyone eligible for a remission. Eligibility criteria are laid out in the policy below.

Any parent or carer who would find it difficult to pay for any school activity and who would like financial assistance is encouraged to write or speak to the Headteachers in confidence. The school is always open to the possibility of payment by instalments, to provide more flexibility for all parents.
