Montem learners are resilient. This can sometimes be determined by your stickability. This means sticking with something:

• even if something is distracting you
• even if something is really hard to do
• even if you fail first time
• no matter what

This is about dealing with failure, rejections or crticism. Successful people do get upset when they fail but...they dust themselves down and bounce back! Bouncing back gives you energy. Successful people are BOUNCY people.
