We run a very successful whole school approach to managing and developing children’s behaviour. It is based on positive reinforcement and the recognition that behaviour is ‘good’ when it benefits others and ‘bad’ when it does not. Our approach to behaviour is not simply to manage children well; we aim to enable children to learn to behave in increasingly mature, self-controlled and positive ways.
